Meadowbrook CC defeated Bellerive CC on Friday, October 21 in the final match of the 2011 Metropolitan Cup Matches. Meadowbrook, seeking its second Metro Cup title, had the task of taking down the 4 time defending champion Bellerive CC. On a perfect day at Old Warson CC, Meadowbrook took 4 of the 6 matches and bring home the Cup to Meadowbroook CC.
Meadowbrook was the last club before Bellerive went on their four year run to win the title.
