Sorenstam, McGee tie knot in Orlando
Perhaps the greatest player in LPGA history, Annika Sorenstam, officially launched a new phase in her life, when she wed long-time boyfriend and business manager Mike McGee.
Four weeks after playing her final LPGA event, Sorenstam and McGee married on Saturday, Jan. 10.
The ceremony, held at Lake Nona Golf and Country Club, included more than 100 invited guests. The couple is expected to honeymoon by heading to the mountains for a ski trip. But not before concluding some business commitments.
Sorenstam is scheduled to appear at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando in late January, then be honored at the "Annika Celebration" from Feb. 1-3 at Ginn Reunion Resort, which will feature a skins game among Sorenstam, Lorena Ochoa, Paula Creamer and Natalie Gulbis.
